# Supreme Authority of the Order

Above the Knights of Decay stand the Order's spiritual and military ranks: Bishops of Decay, Archbishops of the Last Threshold, and Commanders of the Order. But the final word belongs to only one being.

Jaihim Karedim.

Jaihim Karedim is the one who first heard Decay. To the Servants, he is not merely the founder, but the First Prophet, the supreme interpreter of the will of Decay, and the leader of the entire Order. To some, he is almost a deity. To others, the highest vessel of Decay. To still others, the voice of Decay.

If Jaihim says that a fortress must fall, it will fall. If he says that the dead must wait, even the senior Knights of Decay lower their swords and remain silent.
